• If an organiser cancels an event, customers receive applicable refunds according to Australian law.
• Significant event changes may create refund rights.
• Rescheduled events may offer transfer, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.
• A change of mind or inability to attend does not automatically qualify for a refund.
• Booking Simple technical errors such as duplicate charges or seat allocation errors will be investigated and corrected.
• Refunds normally return to the original payment method.
• The organiser remains responsible for event-related refund obligations.
• Nothing in this policy removes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
